Return Policies

Your satisfaction is our goal! That is why we carefully check all the products before we pack and send them to our customers. 

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us by this link and a customer service consultant will help you with your item. 

In the event you receive your item and within 7 days you are not satisfied with the product House 12 will gladly arrange a refund or exchange with you. Please follow these steps to arrange the refund/ exchange: 

  • Get in contact with us through this link, we will provide a return code to you.
  • You will be required to ship/ return the item along with the return code. The cost of the shipment will be your responsibility
  • If you had a free shipment when the products were sent to you, we will deduct a $10.00 fee out of your refund to cover that cost.
  • The product must be in saleable condition (not used, contain original tags and/ or packaging)
  • Please note that due to hygienic reasons and health regulations, earrings and piercings can not be exchanged or returned.
